BradWay supports its clients through the interior and exterior design process to ensure the client’s vision becomes a reality. Often times, homeowners are not aware of the structural design process that’s required to make their visions a reality. Therefore, we provide that necessary design guidance, from both a cosmetic and a structural perspective, to ensure that their home does not only look good, but also remains structurally stable for the life of their home.

Some clients wish to build new homes that are custom to their exact liking, often involving unique architectural features, layouts, and personalized finishes. BradWay can support clients through the design and technical specification process for custom home builds, in addition to acting as the general contractor responsible for the entire permitting and construction process.

BradWay can perform any type of residential remodel, such as the following:

• Exterior Dwellings (porches, decks, covered patios, etc.)

Adding more living space to a home is a common project type that BradWay supports its cients with. This also includes in-law suites or guest houses, where additional living space can be constructed elsewhere on the property for family and guests, complete with separate entrances and amenities. Many times, additions require the work of all residential trades (carpentry, HVAC, electrical, concrete, etc.), so just like custom home builds, we will support clients as the general contractor in order to provide a turn-key solution for their home addition needs.

The owners of BradWay are degreed engineers so we excel in structural-type projects that many other contractors will avoid to due to their complexity. Examples of such structural projects include leveling homes, removing load-bearing walls to replace with structural beams/columns, replacing flat ceilings with vaulted ceilings, and many more.

Few things have a larger impact on the longevity and curb appeal of a home than exterior coverings. At BradWay, we recognize this and strive to provide many exterior covering options to choose from as well as a high-quality installation service to ensure the home remains permanently protected from the elements. BradWay recognizes that the last thing a homeowner wants to deal with is storm damage that is now opening up their home to the extensive damage that exterior elements can cause and introducing a significant, yet unexpected, emergency for them to address. We have plenty of experience with repairing homes from storm damage, such as fallen trees, and will work with our clients’ insurance companies to make sure the process in repairing their home back to normal is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
