Josh and his team were contracted by my spouse and I. The team was very efficient with time management and their quality of workmanship was phenomenal. They built a gabled roof structure (14'x24'), which included a scissor rafter system, soffits, carsiding for overhead ceiling and 2 additional 6x6 posts for support. Everyone that stops by to visit are super impressed with the roof system and how it makes our completed deck look so awesome.

Tree on roof in Rough River area in early Spring of 2023. Three crosses tree service removed the next day,(Outstanding), BJ McGraw of Three Crosses recommended BradWay Construction for roof replacement.

BradWay has been so awesome, when a tree fell on our Home and pretty much destroyed the backside of our house, they came in and put our life back together. They were amazing and cared about making sure we were taken care of and very respectful. Over the past year or two, we have thrown project after project at them and they have never said "we can't do that".  No matter how many variables we have to juggle with adjustments that need to be made on the fly they always respond quickly.

Contracts are structured with milestones so it's clear up front how much they will be paid and when.

Modifications are negotiated/tracked independently.  Their attention to detail is unparalleled.  On the exceptionally rare occasion something isn't perfect they make it right immediately.

All of my dumb questions are answered professionally with compassion.   They truly listen to understand what it is that you're hoping to accomplish so they can

offer expert guidance/suggestions. Our situation is a remodel of a 50yr old trilevel so there are many small upgrades that interrelate causing more challenges than a typical new build.

The Bradway crew is like the Hulk - the more difficult the project becomes the more impressive they become.
